Can I do this on top of my club/school training?

Yes. Your coach will discuss your current training load in detail to understand where extra attention is required and design the program based on your current load and what you need to improve.

What if I don’t have access to a gym, can I still do your program?

100%. We will work with you to develop the best possible program for you and your situation. For many of our younger athletes, bodyweight strength training is a great place to start.

I’m not an athlete, can I still train?

The founder of Nike once said, “If you have a body, you are an athlete”, and we believe this to be true. Even if you aren’t competing each week or training for a race we will strive to help you find your version of high performance, whether that be running your local 5km park run or being able to perform a squat pain free.
